Setup Guide

First time? Follow these quick steps

  1. Open the DMG file you downloaded
  2. Drag the app to your Applications folder (or just double-click to run)
  3. If macOS says the app is from an "unidentified developer":
    Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway"
  4. When prompted, grant Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions
  5. Share your ID with us over the phone — we'll connect to you
Tip: You may need to approve permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording. This is normal for remote support apps.
  1. Open the EXE file you downloaded
  2. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info" then "Run anyway"
  3. The app opens immediately — no installation required
  4. If prompted by Windows Firewall, click "Allow access"
  5. Share your ID with us over the phone — we'll connect to you
Tip: The SmartScreen warning appears because this is a custom-built app, not from the Microsoft Store. It's safe to proceed.

No. The app runs directly without installation. When we're done, you can simply delete it. Nothing is left behind on your computer.
No. The app only allows connections when it's running and you approve access. Once you close the app, no one can connect to your computer. We never have unattended access.
We can see your screen and control your mouse and keyboard — but only with your permission. We use this to diagnose WiFi issues, check settings, and configure your network. You can watch everything we do in real time.
macOS requires apps to have explicit permission for screen recording and accessibility. This is a security feature — it means no app can share your screen without your knowledge. You grant these permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Great question! Unlike generic tools used in scams, this app connects only to our private server — it cannot be used by anyone else. You initiated the support request, you control the session, and you can disconnect at any time. We are a registered Australian business (ABN 60 871 725 632).
